Hi, saya penguna LACTE DUET. Saya telah melahirkan cahaya mata pertama saya pada Mac lepas dan semestinya pengalaman pertama untuk mencari pam susu yang sesuai dengan saya adalah sesuatu yang mencemaskan. Sebelum saya mengunakan LACTE DUET ini, saya mengunakan pam jenama lain. Namun pam tersebut menyebabkan saya berasa sakit dan tidak selesa ketika sesi mengepam susu. Setelah bertukar ke LACTE DUET, saya berasa sangat puas hati kerana tidak lagi berasa sakit. Terima kasih LACTE kerana membuatkan sesi mengepam susu saya lebih ceria.
I'm currently using the Lacte Duet Breastpump for almost 3 months. Lacte Duet is the 3rd breastpump I've purchased and it’s the best among the three. It is very user friendly and I use it to express 5-7 times per day. It is a breastpump which is highly recommended by breastfeeding mothers in several social media groups. Among the recommendations given are that it is heavy duty and comes with a dual motor, good suction, easy to bring along when travelling as it works with a powerbank. This is the reason why I choose Lacte Duet among numerous types of breastpumps in the market; as good products will always be spread around via word of mouth and Lacte Duet proves it indeed! I also wish to take this opportunity to thank En. Helmi from Lacte Service Centre for spending his time to fix my breastpump issue patiently. Recently, I had notice that the breastshield frame is no longer attached firmly to the breast shield body. I've rung up their Service Centre and spoked with the friendly En. Helmi. He patiently listened to my problems and explained the suspected root cause to me. Then, I walked in to their service centre and met up with En. Helmi. He also went an extra mile by giving me the alternatives to better handling of my breastpump to prolong the lifespan of the spare parts. I will definitely use it to continue my breastfeeding journey when I return to work later. I highly recommend this brand to those who are seeking for breastpump.
