How do I send for servicing and claim warranty to you?
This is applying to items under warranty. For in house products under the brand Jingle Jungle & Lacte you need to create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.
- Create an RMA request from your Account page. Click on Returns, on the side menu of your account dashboard.
- Click the Request New RMA link to add an RMA request.Select your order and product(s), choose the request type and specify the package condition on the Request RMA page.
- After clicking the Submit Request button, you can choose to leave a comment or attach a file.
- Once you're done, click on Submit Comment to complete. Once you have received our confirmation, ship your item to us at:
