Hi, I’m from Penang and I’m thinking of getting the 9+ from u guys. Would like to confirm if I need to send the pump during the warranty period I have to pay for the shipping right? Then will I be able to get a replacement device if I don’t go there personally? Also, what does the ‘free shipping within peninsular’ covers?
